企业文化是一种对企业生产经营具有支配作用的意识形态，是一种潜意识，它像一只无形的手，调节着企业运行方式以及全体员工的行为方式，决定着企业的兴衰。本文主要阐述了企业文化的内涵、作用，分析了目前企业文化建设中存在的问题，对如何培育优秀企业文化提出了自己的看法。

Corporate culture is a sort of ideology which has allocation toward the corporate management. It is a sort of subcon- sciousness,like a invisible hand, adjusting corporate operational mechanism and the staff＇s behaviour, deciding the rise and fall of the corporate. The paper is mainly discussed the intention and function of corporate culture, analyzed the problems which are existed in the corporate culture construction,and put forward the author＇s opinion about how to develop the excellent corporate culture.
