辽宁县域经济发展带动新农村建设的趋势、难点与对策研究

本文从县域经济发展带动新农村建设趋势切入，论证了县域经济发展带动新农村建设必备的基本要素，分析了辽宁当前以县域经济为重要载体带动新农村建设的六大难点，提出了要按照“打造四大板块、实施三大捆绑、建设两大基地、确立两大体制、解决一大难题、构建一大体系”的思路来推进辽宁的以县域经济为重要载体的社会主义新农村建设。
