摘要
在业人口素质模型转变从"性格—职业"匹配到"冰山结构"分层,再到"角色—技能"组合,既是对素质模型内部悖论的重新解释,也是一个逼近操作的尝试过程。对该过程应当运用标准化总和指标、"理念—技能—经验"模型、及移动筛选方法进行必要的干预。这种干预的结果之一是实现了群体与个体素质测量的统一。
The transition of competency model of population on occupation, from the fitting of "personality-job" to "iceberg" classification, to composition of "role-skill", is not only a re-explaining for the contradictory from competency model itself, but also a process of approach operation. Some interventions should be adopted in the process, such as total standardization indexes, the model"ideaskill-experience'and moving selection. One of intervention results is that it seems to be realistic measuring shifting from group to individual.
