摘要
绩效管理工作在中国企业往往流于形式和不能达到预期效果,内部管理控制制度对企业规范管理、重新梳理和工作流程的规范;定期的、持续的检查、反馈、改进工作方式;检查的量化评价与考核等管理理念,可以与绩效管理相互补充。提出了从纳入企业文化建设、围绕公司战略目标、从制度设计原则与运行上融合,以及要将内控制度纳入绩效管理的范围等四个方面的建议,通过内控制度对过程执行强的约束力,遵循的严谨、规范、高效的管理思想,推动绩效管理工作的持续改进。

The internal management control system to the enterprise standard management, combs with the work flow stand- ard;Regular, continues inspection, feedback, improvement working; Management ideas and so on inspection quantification appraisal and inspection,may supplement mutually with the achievements management. Proposed from integrates the enterprise culture con- struction,in the encompassment company strategic target,fuses from the system principle of design and the movement,as well as must control from the inside the system to integrate the achievements management the scope and so on four aspect suggestions, through controls from the inside the system to carry out the strong binding force to the process,the deference rigorous,standard, the highly effective management thought,impels the achievements supervisory work the continually improvement.
