摘要
现代国有大型企业的人力资源管理是一个全新的管理机构,面临着许多新的问题,企业为了提高组织的应变和创新能力,必须以战略化的眼光给人力资源重新定位。为了实现企业快速高效发展目标,国有大型企业应当充分发挥和挖掘已有的人才优势、品牌优势,完善以人为本的管理体制,进而实现或形成企业跨世纪的人力资源整体优势,为企业尽早溶入国际社会的大格局作好充分的准备。
The modern state--owned major industry's human resources management is a brand--new management structure, faced with many new questions,enterprise in order to enhance the organization the strain and innovation ability, must locate by the strategy judgment for the human resources. In order to achieve the enterprise fast highly effective development targets, the state-- owned major industry must display and the excavation fully already the talented person superiority, the brand superiority which has, consummates the humanist management system, then the realization or forms the enterprise cross--century human resources overall superiority,merges the international society for the enterprise the big pattern to finish the full preparation as soon as possible.
