降低涂料生产车间供热系统能耗的理论探讨

摘要 作者从理论上探讨了高低温合成釜的供热均由热煤炉来完成的可行性,并对导热油从高温(543K)降至低温(433K)所需的换热器进行了选择。给出了供热系统工艺改进后的工艺流程图。计算出采用作者设计的新的供热工艺,每年可节约能耗约4.5万元,折合煤约300t。 The teasibility of heat - supply through heating medium in high and low temperature reators is studied.The selection of heat exchangers whose heat - medium oil changes from high temperature (543K) to low temperature (433K) is also discussed. Th process flow diagram of improved heat - supply system is given. If the Newly designed heat - supply process is adopted, each year 45,000 yuan equal to 300 tons coal will be saved as a result of the decroue of energy consumption.
