固体碱催化制备麻疯树籽油生物柴油及其工艺优化研究 被引量:7

摘要 以麻疯树籽油制备生物柴油的反应效果为指标,筛选出以白云石为原料的固体碱催化剂。并通过均匀设计法得出最佳酯交换反应条件。催化剂的重复使用实验表明,该催化剂重复使用3次后,生物柴油的脂肪酸甲酯含量仍在90%以上。结果表明,改性白云石催化剂具有原料廉价、来源广泛、催化活性高的特点,并具有良好的工业前景。 Biodiesel was produced by transesterificaion reaction from Jatropha curcas oil in the presence of modified dolomite catalyst. The optimized reaction conditions were obtained. The contents of fatty acid methyl esters were more than 90 % when the catalyst was repeatedly used for 3 times. The modified dolomite catalyst is cheap, easily obtainable and highly activates catalyst and has good prospect for industrial use.
