便携式野战电动洗手机的研制

Development of Field Electric Hands-Wash Basin

目的:为了保障野战医院医护人员的洗消,减少伤病员的术后感染,研制便携式野战电动洗手机。方法:整体设计由机械和电路两部分组成,实现了箱仪一体化。在电路上采用低电压温控继电器安全设计,实现了自动给水和加恒温控制;机械部分采用特殊的折叠结构,结合独特的工艺,提高了便携性能。结果:研制开发了便携野战电动洗手机。结论:该仪器具有操作简单、使用安全、便于展开撤收和储存运输,有推广应用价值,系国内首创结构。

Objective To study a new portable field electric hands-wash basin,so as to disinfect the medical and nursing staff＇s hands in field hospital and decrease postoperative infection. Methods The integrated design consisted of two parts： machine and circuit. Automatic feedwater and constant temperature were realized by low voltage relay. By adopting a new folding structure and selecting special materials and techniques, the product became more portable. Results The portable field electric constant temperature hands-wash basin was developed. Conculsion The product has many advantages such as easy-to-use, rapid-to-open, safe -to-operate, easy -to -deposit and transport, etc.
