时间分辨荧光免疫分析仪器测量时间精度的提高

摘要 介绍了时间分辨荧光免疫分析(Time-resolved Fluoroimmunoassay,TRFIA)的基本工作原理,分析了影响测量时间(tC)精度的主要因素,针对这些影响因素,采用了TX2108温度补偿晶体振荡器和双游标法提高测量时间精度的措施。最终,在保证同样测量精度的前提下,将所需测量次数由1000次减少到120次。 The working principle of Time-resolved Fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) is introduced. The primary aspects of swaying time (tc) measuring precision are analyzed. Time measuring precision is improved by using TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillators) and "double vernier" method. In the same measuring precision, measuring times are reduced form 1 000 to 120.
