Promoting Quality-oriented Education with Information Technology

信息技术与素质教育都是20世纪产生的新名词。信息技术是管理和处理信息所采用的各种技术的总称;素质教育是以全面提高学生身体和心理、文化品德的质量水平,促进其完整素质结构形成为目标的教育。素质教育需要现代信息技术,因为信息技术是素质教育的重要内容,同时素质教育中需要应用信息技术。在教育过程中,要推进教育信息化,促进素质教育。

Information Technology and quality-oriented education are both expressions produced in the 20th century. Information technology is the general term for the managing and processing of information. And quality-oriented education is one that aims to make an overall improvement on students＇levels of health and psychology, of culture and morality to promote the formation of a complete structure of quality. Quality-orlented education needs the help of informarion technology, because information technology is an important part of quality-oriented education and because information technology should be applied to the process of quality-oriented education. In the process of education, the information -oriented education should be carried out to promote the quality-oriented education.
