摘要
研究了不同杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝生长、产孢、孢子萌发及芽管伸长的抑制作用。结果表明:60%氟吗.锰锌WP、15%三唑酮WP、47%腈菌.锰锌WP 3种杀菌剂对该菌菌丝生长的抑制率均达到100%,菌丝不能生长,3种杀菌剂之间差异不显著。50%多菌灵WP、47%腈菌.锰锌WP两种杀菌剂抑制孢子萌发的EC50值最小;77%氢氧化铜WP抑制孢子萌发的EC50值最大;不同杀菌剂抑制该菌分生孢子芽管伸长的EC50差异显著,47%腈菌.锰锌WP的EC50最小;70%甲基托布津WP EC50最大;杀菌剂对分生孢子的产生有显著的抑制作用,产孢量明显小于对照,60%氟吗.锰锌WP可完全抑制孢子的形成。可将50%多菌灵WP、47%腈菌.锰锌WP、60%氟吗.锰锌WP当作保护剂使用,在玉米顶腐病症状尚未出现或现症初期使用,防止病害发生;亦可在病害已经发生,症状明显时使用,防治病害在田间造成再侵染。
The inhibitory efficacy of six fungicides, 60% mancozeb · Flumorph WP, 15% triadimefon WP, 47% mancozeb · myclobutanil WP, 50% carbendazim WP, 77% copper, hydroxide WP, 70% thiophanate-methyl WP to spore germination, sporulation and hyphal growth of F. moni-lif orme ver. subglutinans was determined in this study. The resulds showed that 60% mancozeb · flumorph WP, 15% triadimefon WP and 47% mancozeb · myclobutanil WP had strony inhibitory effect on F. moni-lif orme ver. subglutinans. The inhibition rates of the three fungicides to hyphal growth were all 100%, and hyphy couldn't grow. So they will be applied to control the occurrence and development of corn top-rotten disease dttrring exponental phase. Also, the EC50 of different fungicdes to spore germination were significent different. The EC50 of 50% carbendazim WP and 47% mancozeb · myclobntanil WP were lower than others, and the virulence were strongest. While that of 77% copper hydroxide WP was highest, and the virulence was lowest. In addition, the EC50 of different fungicides to tube extension of conidium were great different. The EC50 of 47% mancozeb % myclobntanil WP was lowest than others, and the inhibitory efficacy was the best, but the virulence of 70% thiophanate-methyl WP was lowest. Lastly, the inhibitory efficacy of different fungicides to the sporulation had obvious difference. The amount of conidium was great lower than CK. And the 60% mancozeb ·flumorph WP could restrain completely the formation of spore. Therefore, 50% carbendazim WP, 47% mancozeb · myclobutanil WP and 60% mancozeb · flumorph WP will be applied to protect corn before or at the beginniny of the occurrence of top-rotten disease.
