摘要
以菊科植物青蒿的根、茎、叶为材料,从中分离出内生菌63株,其中细菌43株,真菌12株,放线菌8株;以棉花枯萎、小麦赤霉、番茄叶霉等12种病原真菌做为靶标菌,研究内生菌的抗菌活性,筛选出了有较高抗菌活性的1株内生真菌、9株内生细菌和3株内生放线菌。
Plant endophytic is a kind of microorganisms which spends all or most life in plant hosts and does not make any diseased symptom. In this research, the Artemisia annus's roots, stems and leaves were used as the material, initially separated 63 endophytic strains, including 43 bacterial strains, 12 fungal strains and 8 actinomycete strains. Using 12 kind of pathogenic fungi, such as Fusarium graminearurn, Fusariurn oa:ysporurn and Fulria fulv as the target, 1 fungal strains, 9 bacterial strains of fermentation fluid and 3 strains of actinomycete fermentation fluid were screened, which had the high antibacterial activities.
