摘要
在不同的温度下,分别观察和测定了花斑皮蠹(Trogoderma variabileBallion)各虫态的发育历期、发育起点温度及有效积温。结果表明,在17.8-35℃温度范围内,花斑皮蠹均能完成发育,其发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,卵、幼虫、蛹、产卵前期的发育起点温度分别为14.5、15.9、14.6和13.6℃,有效积温分别为113.25、513.43、71.29和43.67d.·℃;整个世代的发育起点温度为15.5℃,有效积温为716.76 d·℃,持续高温(37.8℃)不适合其生长发育。
The developmental period(DP), developmental threshold temperature (DTT) and effective accumulated temperature(EAT) of different stages of T. variabile were determined at 17.8,22.8, 27.8,32.8 and 35℃. The results showed that the DP of different stages of T. variabile decreases as temperature rising, The DTTs of egg, larve, pupa and pre-oviposition stages was estimated to be 14.5,15.9,14.6 and 13.6℃ respectively, and their EATs is 113.25, 513.43, 71.29 and 43.67. degree-day respectively. The DTT was 15.5℃ and EAT was 716.76 degree-day for the whole generation. T. variabile does not adapt to temperatures higher than 37.8℃.
