照光对茄子和西红柿叶片IAA合成和氧化的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Illumination on Indoale 3-acetic Acid Synthesis and Oxidation in Leaves of Tomato and Eggplant

摘要 研究了红色荧光灯和日光灯对西红柿和茄子叶片醛氧化酶(ALD)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶、IAA过氧化物酶和过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明,与日光灯相比,红色荧光灯明显抑制西红柿幼苗生长,但明显促进茄子幼苗生长,使西红柿叶片过氧化物酶I、AA过氧化物酶和ALD、茄子叶片IAA氧化酶和IAA过氧化物酶活性明显降低,但引起西红柿叶片IAA氧化酶、茄子叶片ALD和过氧化物酶活性明显上升。 Effects of illumination with red florescent lamp and general florescent lamp on activities of aldehyde oxidase, indole 3-acetic acid oxidase and peroxidase, and peroxidase in leaves of tomato and eggplant were investigated. The results showed that compared with general florescent lamp, red florescent lamp inhibited the growth of tomato seedlings but promoted that of eggplant seedlings, red florescent lamp obviously decreased activities of tomato leaf peroxidase, indole 3-acetic acid peroxidase and aldehyde oxidase and eggplant leaf indole 3-aceti acid peroxidase and oxidase, but enhanced the activity of tomato leaf indole 3-acetic acid oxidase and eggplant leaf aldehyde oxidase and peroxidase.
