摘要
利用EM菌分别进行了富集培养、逐级驯化和EM菌-好氧污泥联合处理皂素生产废水的试验。结果表明:对于COD值为20 000-25 000 mg·L^-1的皂素生产废水,在EM菌:好氧活性污泥(VEM菌∶V好氧活性污泥)=1∶1 mL·mL^-1,气液比(V气∶V液)7∶1 mL·mL^-1·min^-1,接种量(V菌体∶V液)5%mL.mL-1,起始pH值6.5,温度30-32℃,间歇曝气,处理时间5 d的条件下,皂素生产废水的COD去除率可达97.95%,色度去除率可达到66.67%。
Technical conditions for compound treatment of saponin manufacturing wastewater by using enrichment cultured, tamed effective microorganisms and aerobic sludge were studied. The results showed that under the following conditions: COD of saponin manufacturing wastewater: 20 000 25 000 mg · L^-1 ,VEM : Vaerobiesludge =1 : 1 mL · mL^-1 , pH:6.5, temperature:30-32℃, inoculation: 5% mL · mL^-1 ,Vgas : Vliquid=7 : 1 mL · mL^-1· min^-1 ,and treatment period of intermittent aeration: 5 days, wastewater's COD removal rate can reach 97.95%,the color removal rate is 66.67%. The operation of this technique is simple and can be applied to the practical projects as a first level biodegradable treatment.
