摘要 隐匿性高血压是指患者在诊室内血压正常,动态血压或家中的血压升高的临床现象。越来越多的证据显示,隐匿性高血压与心血管疾病密切相关。现就隐匿性高血压的近期研究做一综述,并讨论如何进行识别。 Masked hypertension is a clinical condition that applies to patients whose clinical blood pressure is low,but whose ambulatory blood pressure is elevated. A body of evidence indicates that masked hypertension is a significant predictor of cardiovascular disease. However,the method for identifying these patients is disputed. This review focuses on the recent research into masked hypertension.
