摘要 急性心肌梗死最重要的治疗原则是及早开通梗死相关动脉,但部分患者错过早期再灌注治疗的最佳时机。对于这些患者,是否还有必要进一步开通梗死相关动脉,观点还不一致,现对延迟介入治疗的研究现状作一综述。 In acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ） ,the benefits of opening the infarct-related artery early are well established. Still, many patients with AMI miss out on reperfusion therapy. For these patients, is it necessary to re-open the infarct-related artery？ This article reviews recent studies on the benefits of late percutaneous coronary intervention for AMI.
