心房颤动是临床上常见的心律失常,心脏迷走神经在心房颤动的发生和维持中起着非常重要的作用。现就迷走神经阻滞剂治疗心房颤动的应用、经心外膜及经皮血管径路去心脏迷走神经在心房颤动治疗的基础及临床研究中的进展作一综述。

Atrial fibrillation （ Af） is one of the most common clinical arrhythmias. Cardiac vagus nerves play an important role in the initiation and maintenance of Af. This article reviews clinical research advances in the treatment of Af by cardiac vagal denervation, including the application of vagal blockers, cardiac vagal denervation through the epicardium path and blood vessel.
