基于心理契约的知识团队凝聚力问题研究 被引量:8

摘要 知识团队是一个以心理契约为原则的集体,满意度是其心理契约内容的核心。在知识团队凝聚力形成过程中,满意度和组织承诺是不可逾越的心理过程。文章从心理契约的角度构建了知识团队凝聚力形成模型,分析了知识团队凝聚力形成的内在逻辑,有针对性地提出了提高知识团队凝聚力的策略。
