文化智力对跨文化效能影响的研究述评 被引量:3

摘要 全球化进程的推进对中国企业的跨文化管理能力提出了新的、更高的要求,文化智力则是在这种背景下孕育而生的新研究方向,是智力理论与跨文化管理理论的交叉领域。本文从文化智力的界定与测量、文化智力的影响因素、以及文化智力对跨文化效能的影响等几个方面对当前西方学者的相关研究成果进行了综述。最后提出了此领域未来的研究方向,旨在为我国学者的相关研究提供新的思路。
