摘要 主要介绍DREB转录因子定义、发现、结构和表达调控,以及DREB转录因子在基因克隆和转基因中的应用,阐明DREB转录因子在大豆抗旱耐盐基因工程研究与应用中的重要作用。 Definition of DREB transcription factor, its discovery, structure, expression, regulation and control, as well as application in gene cloning and transgene were mainly introduced in this paper. The important roles of DREB transcription factor in the genetic engineering research and application in anti- drought and salt tolerance in soybean were elucidated.
