湿热处理对形态记忆织物的影响

摘要 研究了2种记忆织物的碱减量处理和折皱回复性,探讨了湿热处理对纤维结构和热性能的影响,结果表明PET记忆织物(SMPET)织物适合碱减量加工,而PTT记忆织物(SMPTT)不适合碱减量加工;湿热处理对SMPET织物的折皱回复率的影响要比SMPTT大;SMPET的热性能与常规PET纤维类似,而SMPTT则较低;湿热处理不会影响SMPET纤维的结晶结构,但会降低纤维的结晶度。 Alkali deweighting treatments and wrinkle recovery properties of two kinds of shape memory fiber were studied, and the influence of fiber structure and thermal property after the treatments was discussed. Based on trials, it was showed that alkali deweighting treatment was suitable for SMPET fiber, not for SMPTT fiber;, wrinkle recovery ratio of SMPET changed greater than SMPTF fiber after heat moisture treatment; thermal property of SMPET was similar to ordinary PET fiber, while SMPTT fiber was lower; heat moisture treatment was not changed crystalline structure of SMPET fiber, but lowered its crystallinity.
