摘要
本文根据大型储水、油球罐的实际受力情况提出了不等厚度球罐的整体无模成形工艺,并通过实验获得了成功。本文对该工艺的可行性进行了实验探讨;对壳体的结构设计、材料选择、工艺参数、实验测试方法进行了研究;并对壳体的应变分布、胀形前后的壁厚分布及直径变化进行了测量。最后用有限元程序分析了实验壳体的成形过程,并对实验参数进行了优化,给出了模拟后的应变分布图。
On the basis of practical loadsupporting condition of large scale spherical vessels for water or oil storage,the integral hydorbulge forming technology of nonuniform thickness spherical vessels and a new method for measuring strain on inner surface of spherical vessels are discussed in this paper,and they are proved to be successful by means of experiment study.The feasibility of the technology is investigated;the design of structure,choice of technological parameters are also studied in this paper.The strain,thickness distribution,diameter variation are analysed,together with the deformation process of the shell which is analysed by using elastoplastic finiteelement methodThe results of FEM simulation are very similar to those of the experiment.
