摘要
本文研究了液压拉深中工作液体压力——行程曲线的设计方法,建立了压力——行程控制曲线,设计了过程控制软件,采用以可编程控制器(PLC)为中央处理器的压力控制系统,进行有关实验研究。结果表明,所建立的液体压力——行程曲线正确,对成形过程的控制有效。
In this paper, a method of setting up a pressure-stroke characteristic of the working liquid in hydraulic drawing was studied.A pressure-stroke characteristic and a software for controlling its forming process were established.And also,a set of pressure controlling devices by using PLC as CPU was designed.The relevant experimental results showed that the pressure-stroke characteristic was correct and its control for forming process was available.
