气隙取气汽轮发电机转子全隐式甩风斗甩风特性数值研究 被引量:4

Numerical Studies on the Ventilation Characteristics of Concave Outflow Slot Wedge Applied to Gap-pickup Rotor in Turbo-generator

摘要 为提高全隐式甩风斗甩风能力,在分析全隐式甩风斗结构对其甩风性能影响的基础上,采用动态模型对全隐式甩风斗甩风特性进行了数值研究。通过对38个不同结构全隐式甩风斗流道内流场的分析与甩风量的比较,得到了结构参数出流角α、导流槽倾角β和槽深d对全隐式甩风斗甩风性能的影响规律。综合考虑全隐式甩风斗甩风性能与其结构强度,推荐在无导流槽时取α=70°:有导流槽时取α=65°~75°、β=30°~45°,在风斗及转子结构强度允许的条件下d越大越好。 Based on analysis of the influences of the structures of concave outflow slot wedge (COSW) on the wind rejection characteristics, a numerical simulation study on the ventilation characteristics of COSW was carried out with the dynamic model, to improve the ventilation performance of COSW. By analysis of flow field in flow channels and comparisons of ventilation quantity among 38 various structures of COSW, the influences of such structures as outflow angle α, guide flow slot slope β and slot depth d on the ventilation performance of COSW were obtained. The resulting recommended structures are α=65°-75°, β=30°-45° for COSW with guide flow slot and α=70° for COSW without guide flow slot, in all-around consideration of the ventilating performance and the structural intensity of COSW. As to d, it should be as high as possible within the permission of structural intensity of COSW and rotor.
