大径厚壁不锈钢弯头的成形研究

摘要 厚壁大径不锈钢管的扩径推弯成形是金属管件成形的难点。针对406.4×32-R610厚壁0Cr18Ni9Ti扩径推弯成形过程,校核了芯棒的强度,提出合理的材质及加工,确定合理芯棒形状、温度分布,以及加热线圈的间隙。经生产验证,其结果合理可行。 The bending forming process of stainless steel pipe with largediameter and thickness wall is very difficult.In this paper,with the bending process of 4064×32R610,the strength of plug was calculated,the reasonable material and working method were presented,and the shape of plug,distribution of temperature of induction coil and clearance of the hot coil were defined.The results of production showed that forming processes were reasonable and valid.
