摘要
本文介绍了用于普旋工艺的计算机自适应智能控制系统。该系统能在加工过程中,由对实际加工力的控制,生成能在满足质量要求的前提下,达到尽可能高的加工效率的理想的旋压轮轨迹,并能在加工时实时显示数据且将其记录进数据库。
In this paper,an intelligent system of adaptative control based on a microcomputer is presented.This system is used for determination of the optimum trajectory by means of the control of the compressive force between the roller and the part in real time.With this trajectory,we can obtain the best efficiency of production on condition that the quality of the part will be assured.This system may also display the data and save it in a database.
