摘要
工业共生效率是一个可用于指导和评价生态工业园区规划和建设的综合指标。它是工业园中某一工业共生系统的共生效益与其共生成本的比值。生态工业园工业共生效率指标的构建,应结合环境业绩指标和生态效率指标。运用工业共生效率指标,可以用来预测、分析和考核、评估生态工业园或园区内工业共生系统的经济、环境和社会效益。
Industrial Symbiosis Efficiency （ISE） is a Synthesis index used in instructing and appraising the plan and the construction about Eco - Industrial Parks （EIPs）. It is a kind of ratio of symbiosis efficiency and symbiosis cost in an industrial symbiosis system （ISS）. The Environmental Performance Index （EPI） and Eco - Efficiency Index should be combined for the research of ISE. It can be used to analyze the economic efficiency, ecologic efficiency and social efficiency of EIPs or ISS.
