PROBE TO THE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL WORK OF COLLEGE TEACHERS

高校教师的思想政治工作应在关注教师个人利益的同时引导他们正确处理个人与社会利益的关系;认真分析和充分把握教师的独特心理活动规律和个性心理特征,并据此采取因"心"制宜的科学方法。

College teachers＇ idelogical and political work should attach importance to teachers＇individual benefit, meanwhile,the relations between individual and sciety shoulde be treated reasonably. Teachers＇special law of psychological activities and personal psychological characteristics should be analysed carefully and grasped fully. On this basis, a scientifical way according to teachers＇ psychological characteristics should be adopt.
