摘要
鼠笼转子导条的集肤效应会导致转子阻抗随转差率改变而变化,据此指出鼠笼异步电机机械特性的临界点随转差率改变而变动。按电机产品目录给出的额定点、临界点和起动点的参数,得出其机械特性方程。该方程绘制的机械特性曲线与实验所得曲线较为一致,为鼠笼异步机的起动、制动过程的动态分析、计算以及T-s曲线的绘制,提供一个简便实用的数学模型。
The article describes that the rotor impedance changes with slip, which is based on the skin effect of squirrelcage rotor bar, and leads to the opinion that the critical point of the mechanical characteristics of squirrelcage asynchronous motor changes with slip. Mechanical properties equation is obtained from the parameters given by the electrical products catalog including rated point, critical point and starting point. The curve from this equation is very anastomosis to the one drawn from the experimental data. The opinion provides a simple and practical model for the analysis of starting and braking of squirrelcage asynchronous motor and T-s curve drawing.
