摘要
以恒电流库仑法测定了扑热息痛片剂中对乙酰氨基酚的含量,以死停终点法指示反应终点。测定结果与药典规定方法相吻合。该方法与药典规定相对比,具有设备简单,测定快速、灵敏等优点。
The content of acetaminophenol in paracetamol tablet was determined by constant current coulometry. The end point of reaction was indicated by using dead-end method. The results of this method were in good agreement with those of the method specified in pharmacopoeia, but this method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity.
