摘要
目的调查总结新分离的灭蚊真菌贵阳腐霉的蚊虫宿主范围。方法野外采集蚊幼虫,根据形态特征鉴定蚊种,同时进行贵阳腐霉的灭蚊实验,记录和分析结果。结果所观察的20多种蚊虫中,有3属14种能被贵阳腐霉感染,其中包括6种重要的人类疾病媒介蚊虫。结论贵阳腐霉在疾病控制和旅游景区环境保护方面有重要的应用前景。
Objective To investigate and summarize the mosquito-host range of Pythium guiyangense Su, a newly found fungal pathogen of mosquitoes. Methods Mosquito larvae were collected from the field and morphologically identified. Bioassays with P. guiyangense upon these larvae were conducted, and the data were recorded and analyzed. Results Fourteen species belonging to 3 genera of the 20 species of mosquitoes tested were infected by P. guiyangense. Among the hosts, 6 species were important diseases vectors. Conclusion P. guiyangense has considerable application prospect in both diseases control and environment protection in tour areas.
