摘要
为满足环氧树脂在RTM、浇注、灌注等工艺中对低粘度的要求,通过对普通双酚A型环氧树脂进行改性,制备出一种低粘度的环氧树脂体系,并对其粘度、力学性能、耐热性能等进行了表征。结果表明,该体系在常温具有较长的适用期,中温固化后力学性能、耐热性能良好。
A low viscosity epoxy resin should be used in RTM, casting and filling. The system is prepared by modifying Bisphenol A epoxy. The viscosity, mechanical properties as well as thermal stability are characterized,which show that the prepared epoxy has long pot life at normal temperature. After cured at medium temperature, the mechanical properties and thermal stability are good.
