青海省专业技术人才队伍建设面临的问题研究

Survey and Analysis on the Specialized Talents in Qinghai Province

本文围绕专业技术人才队伍建设问题,运用社会调查方法从多个角度研究后认为:专业技术人才队伍建设面临着中高职称人才流失现象突出,人才对目前的人才政策、工资福利待遇满意度偏低等问题,在进一步分析原因的基础上提出加强和谐人才队伍建设措施。

This article carried on the survey and analysis of our provincial professional persons from different perspectives by the social investigation methods.The results of research are that the problem that the senior specialized goes out is obvious and that degree of satisfaction of the specialized with the present talented-policy,the salary and welfare is somewhat low,etc.Moreover,based on analyzing further the problems above-mentioned,measures strengthening the improvement of the talented should be taken.
