In the 30 years duration of reform and opening,socialistic market economy system of Chinese countryside has substituted the traditional planed economy system,the two-layer management system that family contract management as foundation has supplanted the demos-community system,and has built countryside's new economic system framework that adapting to the development requirement of socialistic market economy.This basic reform has liberated and developed countryside productivity,makes the countryside economy construction has gained great accomplishments and accumulated a plenty of experiences,and given us lots of inspirations.
