出镜是一个电视新闻记者成功职业生涯的必经阶段,出镜记者要不断提升采访、报道与表达等方面的技能,以形成出镜记者稳定的风格和个性,使记者出镜在理论上的优势转化为现实的吸引力。
Journalists' exposure is one of the essential periods for the successful career of one TV news journalist,which requires them to improve their skills in interview,report and even expression and so on.Only by doing this,they can cultivate stable styles and special features,so that his exposure can be transformed into realistic attractions from theory.
