摘要
信息素养已成为综合国力评估的一个重要指标。我国高校信息素养教育现状不容乐观,本文根据存在的主要问题,对信息素养教育内容及教育模式进行了规划与构建。
Information literacy have had become an important index of evaluation about a country' s synthetic national power.The present situation of information literacy is not optimistic at our country's colleges and universities.According to the existent main issues,the educational content and educational pattern of information literacy were programmed and conceived at this paper.
