摘要
在铁道部铁建设[2004]47号文发布的《铁路隧道工程预算定额》中,定额的编制模式及隧长划分标准与以往相比发生了根本性变化,但在长隧短打后的实际应用过程中,由于存在需做变通处理和理解上的差异,导致出现了一些与隧长相关的问题。此文对隧长的计算模型进行了系统的阐述,针对长隧短打隧道的隧长计算及应用中存在的问题,以示例的形式进行详细的分析,对今后预算定额的隧长划分标准提出了自己的建议。
In the Railway Tunneling Rating of Budget issued in the document TDBTJS[ 2004 ] No. 47, essential changes have taken place in the mode of norm making and the tunnel length division standard as compared to the past. However, in the course of field application after long tunnel with short boring, there arise some problems in relation to the tunnel length, difficult to tackle. This article makes a systematic description of the computation model of tunnel length, and performs a detailed analysis of the problems existing in tunnel length computation and application of long tunnel with short boring' along with examples. The author also gives on the tunnel length division standard of rating of budget in the future.
