对高校管理法治化的思考

Reflections on the Management by Law & Rule in Colleges

依法治校是依法治国方略在高等教育领域的具体体现,高校管理法治化,是高等教育管理体制改革的必然要求。当前高校依法治校方面还存在"人治"传统影响、法制不健全、普法教育力度不够等影响因素,因此必须采取"推进民主政治建设、健全制度体系、构建法治环境、建设法治文化"等措施,以实现高校管理法治化。

Running of a college by law ＆ rule demonstrates the strategy ＂ruling the country by law＂ in the field of higher education. It is the necessity in the reform of the management system of higher education. However, at present the management by law ＆ rule is still influenced by some factors, as the traditional concept ＂ruling by man＂, the unsound legal system, and the inadequate popularization of knowledge of law. Therefore, we should take some measures to strengthen the democratic construction, establish a sound legal system and build a fit environment of law and law culture.
