摘要
在虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW下,提出了一种远程控制安捷伦频谱仪和矢量信号分析仪89600实现对数字通信系统发射链路EVM和ACPR参数进行全自动化扫描的方法。将此方法应用到数字通信集成电路测试系统中,实现了对系统发射链路增益变化对性能参数影响的快速、高精度评估。对TD-SCDMA系统发射链路的测试结果表明,此方法较手动测试有着不可比拟的优势,将产品测试效率提高了60%。
An approach to implement remote controlled, fully automatic EVM and ACPR sweep testing for transmission link of digital telecommunication systems through Agilent series spectrum analyzer and vector signal analyzer 89600 is proposed. It is based on LabVIEW,a virtual instrument workbench. The proposed scheme is applied to digital telecommunication integrated circuit testing system, and estimation of performance features varying with gain of transmission link are realized with high speed and precision. Product testing results of a TD - SCDMA TX link prove that this scheme can improve testing efficiency by 60 % with high accuracy to traditional manual approaches.
