摘要
谐波具有固有的非线性、随机性、非平稳性和影响因素的复杂性等特征,运用傅里叶变换的方法实现谐波测量,其测量精度高、使用方便。为了确保信号频率和采样频率一致,硬件上采用AD73360模/数转换器芯片采样数据,使每个通道均同步采样以确保通道之间不存在相位延迟,AD73360与TMS320VC5416相结合实现了对多路电压、电流信号的实时采集与数据处理。
Harmonic is nonlinear, random, non- stationary, and the impact of factors is complex. The method of FFT is used to measure and analyze harmonics usually, it is high precision and easy to use. In order to keep the frequency and sampling frequency in accord , AD73360 ADC chip is Used to capture the data, which makes each channel sample synchronously. AD73360 combining with TMS320VC5416 can capture voltage and current signals on real- time and process them.
