摘要
在考虑圆模成型橡胶V带制造过程中的曲率的基础上,对传动中V带所受的弯曲应力进行了理论分析,修正了圆模成型V带的橡胶配料设计理论,为此种V带疲劳失效机理研究提供了理论依据。
Based on curvature in the course of the manufacture about cirular model forming Vbelt,winding stress of Vbelts transmission is theoretically analysed.Not only theory of rubber burden of cirular model forming triangle belt is corrected,but also theoretical basis of our study of the tatigue invalid of Vbelts is provided.
