玉屏风散水提醇沉浸膏的指纹图谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究和建立玉屏风散指纹图谱的测定方法并建立玉屏风散水提醇沉浸膏的HPLC标准指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相法,选用Agilent Hc-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)分析柱,乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为238nm,采集时间为80min,流速为1mL/min。结果在所建立的玉屏风散水提醇沉浸膏的HPLC指纹图谱中,共标定了19个共有指纹峰,方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论该方法稳定、准确、可靠,为控制玉屏风散的内在质量提供了科学依据。 Objective To establish the HPLC standard fingerprints of extract of Yupingfeng San (Jade - screen powder) treated by water extraction and ethanol sedimentation. Methods RP - HPLC method was adopted and separation was performed on an Agilent Hc - C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) analytical column by using gradient elution with acetonitrile and water buffer solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 238 nm, and the analysis time was 80 min. Results There showed 19 common characteristic peaks in the HPLC standard fingerprints chromatography of extract of Yupingfeng San (Jade - screen powder) treated by water extraction and ethanol sedimentation. The results of method validation were in accordance with the demands of fingerprints technology. Conclusion The method is stable, accurate and reliable and can provide a scientific evaluation for the quality control of Yupingfeng San (Jade - screen powder).
