摘要
目的:研究反义caveolin-1对实质肿瘤细胞中β3-半乳糖基转移酶7(β3GalT7)表达的调节,以期阐明caveolin-1与β3GalT7的相关性。方法:运用脂质体介导转染人工合成的caveolin-1反义核苷酸(ASODN)至人类4种实质肿瘤细胞中,通过荧光显微镜、RT-PCR及蛋白质印迹检测β3GalT7表达的变化。结果:转染反义caveolin-1后的4种实质肿瘤细胞中β3GalT7均有明显的增强。结论:表明caveolin-1调节肿瘤细胞中β3GalT7的表达,且与β3GalT7的表达呈负相关。
Objective: To research the modulation of the down-regulation of caveolin-1 to β3GAlT7 in human parenchyma tumor cells. Methods: By means of the transfection to transfect the ASOND to four parenchyma tumor cells to detect the expression of β3GAlT7. Results: The expression of β3GalT7 had been raised in the four cells after transfection of ASODN. Conclusion: Caveolin-1 had a minus relationship with β3GalT7.
