摘要
阐述了现代人力资源管理的理论基础,论述了在管理理念上视人力为资源,采取人性化管理,重点开发人的潜能、激发人的活力等管理理念。通过总体规划、招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理等措施实现现代人力资源管理。建议打破传统观念,积极稳妥地推进行业人力资源管理体系的建设。
Theoretical basis and basic characteristics of modem enterprise human resource management are expatiated as well as the human resources layout,performance assessment,and management of employment,training,salary,and career development.Problems in the establishment of system were analyzed and suggestions were put forwarded to ensure the implementation project to be systematized,integrated,and best reflect reality.
