摘要
为进一步挖掘小麦种质资源潜力,给小麦新品种选育创造条件,对我国245份小麦微核心种质的SRC特性进行分析和比较。结果表明,在这些种质材料中,4种SRC总体上有一定的差距,变异范围较大,其中水SRC为75.7%-100.7%,碳酸钠SRC为87.5%-111.7%,乳酸SRC为79.8%-110.6%,蔗糖SRC为107.2%-141.6%。水SRC≤80%的有45份,占材料总数的18.4%;碳酸钠SRC≤95%的有55份,占材料总数的22.4%;乳酸SRC≤85%的有40份,占材料总数的16.3%;蔗糖SRC≤120%的有53份,占材料总数的21.6%。不同麦区间SRC存在一定差异,其中来源于华南冬麦区小麦品种的SRC显著低于其他各麦区,表现为较低的水SRC、碳酸钠SRC和乳酸SRC,来源于北部春麦区和北部冬麦区小麦品种的蔗糖SRC显著低于其他各麦区。与国外引进品种相比,选育品种的乳酸SRC和蔗糖SRC较低,地方品种和选育品种间,除蔗糖SRC存在显著差异外,其他3种SRC差异皆不显著。
To effectively utilize the genetic resources in wheat breeding, four solvent retention capacities among 245 wheat micro-core collections from different wheat regions, which were grown at Anhui Province in 2006, were measured by approved method AACC 56-11. The results indicated that the variation range of water SRC, NazCO3 SRC, lactic acid SRC and sucrose SRC were 75.7% -100.7% , 87.5% -111.7%, 79.8% - 110.6% and 107.2% - 141.6% , respectively; among the 245 wheat germplasm evaluated, 45 germplasm with water SRC less than 80% accounted for 18.4% , 55 germplasm with NazCO3 SRC less than 95% accounted for 22.4% , 40 germplasm with lactic acid SRC less than 85% accounted for 16.3% , 53 germplasm with sucrose SRC less than 120% accounted for 21.6% ; the characters of SRC from South of China Winter Wheat Region were superior to that from other wheat regions, with the lower water SRC, NazCO3 SRC and lactic acid SRC; sucrose SRC from Northern Spring Wheat Region and Northern Winter Wheat Region was lower than other wheat regions; lactic acid SRC and sucrose SRC of bred varieties were lower than abroad varieties, among four solvent retention capacities, there was no significant difference between landrace varieties and bred varieties but for Sucrose SRC.
