摘要
本文提出一种改进的三级模糊综合评判方法。其特点是:用类比法对非定量因素定量化,建立隶属函数;根据各因素的重要性,用层次分析法(AHP法)确定因素权重;采用加权平均模型作为综合评判模型;用非对称贴近度法划分房屋质量等级。该法已编制专用程序,用其分析了一个典型工程实例。
An improved 3-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for reliability assessment ofexisting building structures is presented in this paper. The peculiarities of this method includesthe establishment of the membership functions of the non-quantitative factors by analogy method,determination of the weight value of each factor according to its significance by the analytic hierar-chy process (AHP), use of the weighted average model in reliability assessment and classificationof the grade of building quality by the asymmetric approach degree method. The fuzzy evaluationmethod has been programmed in Fortran Language. The use of the method is illustrated by anengineering example.
