摘要
综述了在茶叶的原料生产、加工及流通过程中出现的各种影响茶叶质量安全的主要因素,指出饮茶是安全的,并提出了控制和提高我国茶叶质量安全的措施。
The main influencing factors to tea quality and safety in the process of raw materials production, process and circulation were summarized. The security of drinking tea was pointed out. In addition, some measures on controlling and enhancing the tea quality and safety in China were proposed.
