猪链球菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验

Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Streptococcus suis

从豫北的安阳县猪场采集的病料中分离出了5株猪链球菌。经细菌分离培养、生化试验及兰氏分群A-G诊断试剂鉴定,分离出E群链球菌2株,C群链球菌2株,D群链球菌1株。药敏试验结果表明:分离的链球菌对氨苄西林、头孢他啶和头孢曲松高度敏感,对青霉素、复方新诺明和土霉素等药物产生耐药性。

Five strains of Streptococcus suis were isolated from samples of pig farms in Anyang County. E group （2/5）, C group （2/5） and D group （ 1/5 ） were obtained through bacteria cultivation, biochemical test and lancefield group A-G. The drug sensitivity test showed that S. suis were highly sensitive to ampicillin, ceftazidime and ceftriaxone. On the contrary, it had drug resistance to penicillin, sulfamethoxazole compound and terramycin.
