分析了基层农业科研单位机构设置、人员结构、科研立项及成果转化等方面的现状,指出了原因,并提出了一些思路及对策。

Organizations equipment, personnel structure, establishment of scientific research project, achievements transformation and some other problems were analyzed on base agricultural scientific research units. The existed reason was pointed out, some of thinking and countermeasures were also put forward.
